What we collect, and why
- Your Discord account (id, username, avatar) and the list of servers you're in, when you sign in to the dashboard. Used to show you the servers you manage.
- Server settings you choose in the dashboard, and a record of who changed them and when.
- Server structure: the server's name, icon, channels and roles, so the dashboard can show them.
- Moderation records: warnings, timeouts, bans and their reasons, kept for your mod-log.
- Recent messages, only in servers using the server log, so an edited or deleted message can be shown with its original text. They are kept in memory for a short time, not archived.
- Message archive, only in servers whose managers switch it on (Premium): the text of every message in that server's channels, who sent it and when, earlier versions when it's edited, and the fact that it was deleted. Archived messages are kept after they're deleted on Discord, which is the point of the feature; managers can see them on the dashboard. Ask the server's managers, or us, to have yours removed.
- Rules acceptance, in servers that use Accept rules: who accepted which version of a server's rules, and when, so the server can tell who has agreed.
- Levels, in servers that use them: each member's XP and when they last earned some.
- Backups you create: roles, channels, permissions and bot settings for that server.
- Billing: Stripe handles payment. We store your Stripe customer and subscription ids, never card details.
What we don't do
We don't sell data, show ads, or read messages for any purpose other than the features you switched on.
How long we keep it
Settings and records stay while the bot is in your server. When the bot leaves, its settings are kept so they can be restored if you add it back; ask us and we'll delete them. Backups are kept until you delete them.
Your choices
You can switch off any module, pause the bot, delete backups, or remove the bot from your server. To have your data deleted or exported, contact us.
