Terms of service

The service

Miss Quibble is a Discord bot and a web dashboard for configuring it. By adding the bot to a server or using the dashboard you agree to these terms. If you add her on behalf of a community, you confirm you're allowed to.

Your responsibilities

• Follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Don't use the bot to harass people, send spam, or get around Discord's limits.
• Moderation actions taken with the bot are yours; the bot carries them out on your instruction.

Free and Premium

The free plan is offered as is and may change. Premium is a subscription per server, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel from "Manage billing". When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for and isn't refunded for partial periods, unless the law where you live says otherwise.

Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change affects a renewal.

Availability

We work to keep the bot online, but it can go down for maintenance, Discord outages or reasons outside our control. We don't guarantee any particular uptime, and the stores the free-games feature watches can change or stop at any time.

Ending things

You can remove the bot from your server at any time. We may suspend the service for a server that breaks these terms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.
